Following recent threads about roll pictures and a picture of a smashed
up pianola I've put the following arbitrary selection of roll images at
my site:-  Chase & Baker, Universal, Philag, Hupfeld, Temponome,
Themodist chained and unchained, World Music Series and Duo-Art.

Also there's three old adverts for a portable organette, a player
organ and a player piano.  On a separate page is a 1918 picture of a
bomb-damaged barrel piano.  I hope these may be of help in all those
frequent roll identification queries. I will add a few more when I get
some more time.

Suggestions for a comic caption to the blown up piano welcome.  And
please, no jokes about the Themodist unchained perforation roll being
"Unchained Melody" ;)
