Seeburg Select-O-Matic Home Jukebox
By Dave Brown

I can't give info as to whether the home unit was a commercial success
or not, but a friend of mine has both models. One is the 33-1/3 model
you mentioned; it is quite large and holds 100 albums. Lots of playing
time on that model. Next is his 45 rpm model: it holds 100 records,
and would sit on top of another piece of furniture.

Both can be programmed to play in several different ways. All the
programming is done by small metal levers.  Both are blonde in color;
I believe they are made of birch, with a large plate glass window.
They are both nice-looking pieces of furniture.

I have seen the 33-1/3 model play, and it does so quite well. The
45-rpm model is sitting waiting to become a project -- he can't
remember if he's even plugged it in. Hope this helps a little.
