In response to Mike Knudsen's posting, I would like to respond that
while I am not interested in selling the rolls that I have, I would
like to contribute the list of roll numbers and titles that I own as we
work toward compiling a complete list, assuming no one has already done
this.  Based on the numbering scheme, it would appear that there must
be far more than 22 total titles around.
