There are many sources for organ reeds: most of them are old reeds,
but there are some being manufactured. For new reeds, try:

  Stinson R. Behlen
  Southern Highland Reed Organs, Ltd.
  1010 S. 14th Street
  Slaton, TX 79364-5120
  business phone: 806-828-5358

The last reeds I purchased came in full sets, ready to go, but the
tongues do not have the twists of final voicing. This way, you can
alter the tone yourself from the bright brassy sound to a more mellow
diapason-like tone. The price is quite reasonable and the reeds are
top quality.

Reeds recovered from old organs and harmoniums are another reasonable,
less expensive option. In this respect you could check with ME. Or
other reed organ restorers.
