PianoLodeon rolls were arranged by none other than J. Lawrence Cook.
When he was visiting us one time he saw our PianoLodeon, and with some
embarrassment mentioned that he had done the roll arranging.  He
reluctantly agreed to autograph The St. Louis Blues roll, ending it
with the comment "but don't blame me!"
