Seek Mira Discs

Hello List,  my friend is looking for Mira discs.  They should
have a size of 23.6 cm.  (Sorry, I do not know the size in inches.)
[ 9.2914 inch ]

Who knows where to get new or old discs?  I hope you can help me.
