Check the MMD archives for 981104 MMDigest.  I comment on a player
I did.  This was called a "Solo-Carola Inner-Player" in one place and
a "P. G.  Carola Inner-Player" in another place on the piano.  As I
remember it rebuilt like any other player but probably would have taken
longer if the expression unit had been there.
