I made good use of hanging out at home in the air conditioning this
weekend, and put together a web site with pictures and sounds of my
modest phonograph and mechanical music collection.  The sound files are
not of the greatest quality, but not bad considering all I did was plug
an external microphone into my iMac and recorded away with a shareware
sound program.

Due to AOL's space restrictions, I could not put recordings of all
of the instruments on the site, so I left off two of the phonographs,
since most folks have heard these anyway.  I hope to be updating the
site regularly with new tunes, and hopefully, some day soon with photos
of that elusive, yet-to-be-acquired, upright Duo-Art!

photos of your collection, but also _recordings_.  I would love to hear
some orchestrelles, orchestrions, or Violanos!
