Grinnell Bros. Player Piano

I just received this player piano and do not know anything.  One number
is in back, on what looks like a gold plate: 13296.  The other is below
the keyboard in the wood: 75405.  Also has Grinnell Bros Detroit
Michigan Winstor Canada Cabinet Grand on the cover for the keyboard.
Can you help?
