I e-mailed Gary Stevenson a couple of weeks ago about his project
to put _all_ mechanical music magazines on a computerised index.
I was hoping to help.  Does anyone know if he has changed his Internet
service provider recently?

I am sure MMD is the place to use to help him with his task, which is
almost as large as my catalog project -- although at least there are no
new titles to add to lists of tunes produced, whereas he will have new
articles to add to his indexes every few months.  So far via MMD I have
received two more Ariston titles and the offer of a copy of a Stella
catalog.

It is probably best for MMDers to send just a list of numbers of music
they have, and then I can say if I am missing the titles and composers.
Unless the information is already on a computer this saves you typing
it all in, if I already have the information.
