Dear MMDers,  The response to my search for a chuck for a Unimat lathe
was overwhelming.  It included information on parts sources, both
general and particular; an offer to do the job for me by a member using
his own lathe; offers to find the component I needed, and an offer of
the component itself.  My thanks to all responders.  This on-line
magazine/forum is worth every penny of the requested donation.
