After waking up my remaining brain cell I looked at Melody Assistant
from http://www.myriad-online.com/ again.  It does almost as much as
it's big brother Harmony Assistant but is only $15.00.  (It doesn't
print the punch pattern for street organ cards which is why I had not
paid as much attention to it.)
