Dan, That's a really interesting question.  I don't think anyone
that posted to the MMD web site regarding decals ever said what
you did to have a decal made or how much it cost.  Even though
our web sites topical interest is not skateboards, I'm going to
run your inquiry as a request to our readers because the of
interest in a common technology.

A quick web search with AltaVista yields some promising companies,
such as  http://www.centraldecal.com/  Perhaps one of our readers
can suggest an appropriate printing(?) company.  If you learn
anything interesting, please let us know!
