Many thanks to all about the Standard flap valves (and the elbow).
I am now several steps closer to getting the Standard going, restored
and refinished.

Then of course I tackle the Simplex, then the Baldwin and finally
(for now) the Hardman?  I warn you I may have more questions.  Again,
