Filling Cast Iron Surfaces
By Jim Cook

Ray Fairfield mentioned using Imron [urethane-based enamel] to paint
a piano plate. May I caution you that Imron fumes are quite toxic,
and I would suggest using an air hood as protection, or at least
painting it outside and standing upwind from it while doing so.

By the way, for anyone who does not know what an air hood is,
an air hood is a hood which completely covers your head and uses
breathable air piped in through a hose. Best to all of you.
