I have forwarded your letter to the head of Technisches Museum Wien
(TMW), Frau Direktor Dr. Gabriele Zuna-Kratky <gzuna@tmw.ac.at>.  One
thing to say here, I am not affiliated with them; the museum was closed
for about six years (!) and it re-opened some months ago -- maybe that
will explain some of the difficulties. [snip]
