Hello all,  A friend of mine promised this book to me some years ago,
but unfortunately we went our separate ways and he never came back to
South Africa.  It was a thick blue hardcover book and I think the title
was "Music Box Society Silver Anniversary Collection", or similar.  It
had about 1000 pages and I really wanted to read it.

If anyone has a spare or redundant copy or knows if this is still for
sale somewhere, I would greatly appreciate it.
