Introduction & Beehive Reed Organ Service
By John Morningstar

Hi -- My name is John Morningstar, and along with my partner Duane
Smoot, we run a business called The Beehive Reed Organ Service. Since
1973 we have done mostly repair and restoration of assorted types of
reed organs for a wide variety of people. Occasionally we buy and sell
reed organs, but we consider this only a small part of our business.

At this time, we are involved in restoring an Aeolian Orchestrelle XY.
This is a somewhat involved project and on occasion we have a question
in need of advice from someone who has worked on similar instruments.
For that reason, I am requesting enrollment so I can talk with others
and ask questions and advise when a problem arises that we cannot solve
alone. It would also be interesting to learn what other people are
doing in this area.

Thank you in advance for your consideration. We look forward to
becoming part of the group.
