Hi All,  In response to Bill Klinger's posting about lead poisoning,
I'd like to make one point very clear.

All the hoopla about lead poisoning is _not_ primarily for the benefit of
people in any trade that customarily handles lead.  It _is_ primarily
for the benefit of novices and/or first-timers who might have small
children.

Even more alarming is the statement:

"The compound that many have not mentioned is lead sulphate, also known
as "Sugar of Lead".  It forms around the bottom of organ pipes where
they sit in the chest holes and on other things.  It is sweet, just
like sugar.  It is white powder to crystalline.  It is poisonous."
