Sorry if this is off topic, but does anyone know anybody that can
retune (raise the pitch from A=435 to A=440) and even replace or
fabricate new Deagan Organ Chime tubes?

I live in Southern California, but I'd be interested in knowing if
anyone in the USA does that.
