Hi All,  A few years ago I wrote an article for the MMD about using
Krazy Glue to glue on ivory heads.  However, it's not quite as simple
as Kim Bunker indicated in his posting if you want to do a truly good

You know, it sometimes amazes me how few people actually spend just a
few minutes and look in the Archives to find information.  It's truly
