I think I have a very old, very cheap and also very, very easy solution
for this problem: Take $30 in paper dollars, put it in an envelope and
just send it to Jody.  It works fine, fast and the costs are very low.
No hassle with writing checks and so on.  And, great, no banker will
pick a fee from your money and MMD receives $30 without any costs!
Old fashioned solutions are sometimes very effective.
