Money does go astray in the mail if the envelope obviously contains
it.  If you send a small booklet (readily available in junk mail)
with the notes inside, the stamps will cost another dollar, but it's
well worth it.

I think the argument about financial support hinges on the people
who are on the fringe.  Mechanical music needs fresh supporters and
it would be a pity to end up with a system that prices out beginners.
