I have acquired an Orphenion 13.5" disc music box which is very nice,
except that the discs, which are not in the best condition, make a lot
of "popping" sounds as the edge perforations go over the drive gear.

Is this problem due to the disc condition, and would it likely be
corrected if I had excellent condition discs?  Any suggestions here?
Anybody have any of these discs in nice condition for sale?  Thanks.
