Hammond Solovox

I am looking for any information about a "Solovox".  There is no
manufacturer's name.  I think it was made in the 1930's.  It was a
piano attachment that made the piano sound like an organ.  A cabinet
with tubes sits beside the piano.

Also, any information about Bradbury square grand pianos.
