A person I know has a 1929 walnut art case Steinway Duo-Art.  He wants
to sell it and is thinking of asking $20,000.  Is that a realistic
price?  The piano player has not been rebuilt but does play.

The Aeolian-Hammond roll recutting project is evidently going ahead;
I'm taking 70 of my rolls up to Play-Rite this week for duplication.
