FS: George Steck Piano With Ampico Player
By Bill Mintz

Hi Folks, I've decided to sell my piano and roll collection. The
piano is a George Steck upright, built in 1900, originally an "Aeolian
Pianola" 65-note player. It was rebuilt in 1978 at Pacific Piano
Supply Company: new strings, hammers, and felts; has the original
perfect ivories and pin block; was refinished in 1978 by Jim Barnes.

A custom player, Ampico/88-note/electric/foot-pump, was built and
installed in 1987 by Randy Cox, with electric drive motor and
solid-state speed control. I'll give details on the roll collection,
about 1,000 rolls, including about 100 Ampicos, at a later date.

To see and hear the piano, go to http://www.trad-digital.com/ and
click on "Pianola Echoes". I'm asking $16,000 or best offer.
For more info on the piano, please contact me by Email or telephone
818-895-2224.

Regards,
Bill Mintz
