Adjusting the Player Action - Baldwin Manualo
By Larry Mayo

Thank you very much for the reply. I suspect the information is good
for the two-tier as well. Possibly the only thing that the Baldwin
people were interested in is that the pneumatic had a long enough throw
to insure that the action was moved enough to complete the proper
strike of the note. I suspect all of us are a bit on the compulsive
side, and want everything to be perfect.

I have tried to adjust the lugs so that the pneumatics are at about
90% of their range, in a slight state of closure. I suspect somebody
has a detailed graph of the power to collapse ratio. I presumed that
about 90% would be optimum.

I'd love to buy the manual, but my company just downsized us, and cash
is going to be tight. The bright side (I guess) is that I'll have
plenty of time to finish the work.
