The first bound sample of my new book, "The Golden Age of Automatic
Musical Instruments," has arrived here from the printer, and they did
a tremendous job!  I'm currently awaiting the final proof of the dust
jacket, after which the printer will package and ship the books.

We will announce the availability and ordering information from the
publisher, Mechanical Music Press (not directly from me), as soon as
the shipping date is known.
