Although I've looked in the MMD Archives and other places, I am
finding a lot of contradictory information.

Is there anyone (individual or company) that will take a MIDI file and
punch rolls from it?  I've made a few 'arrangements' that I play on my
computer, but am much more fond of watching a roll "do it's thing".
