MMD member Stephen Kent Goodman's composition "Zorro Rides Again"
(a ragtime intermezzo) will have its premiere live performance by
the wind, brass and percussion sections of the San Diego Symphony,
Matt Garbutt conductor.  Concert dates are August 10th and 11th, 2001.

The work was previously recorded by Dr. Lester Lehr of the American
River College, Sacramento California, in a collection of Goodman's
ragtime works.
