Greetings all,  I have acquired a Kevin Prowse coin operated barrel
piano, circa 1900 or so, for eventual inclusion in a museum of music
I'm planning.  The mechanism is in working order; dropping a pence
starts the gears and barrel turning, but the resulting music(!) can
clear my antique mall of people in a few seconds.

I have done a rudimentary tuning myself.  I can strike the keys with
a wooden hammer and play a decent sounding tune, but evidently the
barrel is out of alignment and the pins are striking the wrong "keys".
How is the adjustment made to get the barrel properly aligned?

I am in a small southern town and probably 1000 miles from anyone who
has a clue about this.  Thanks for any ideas,
