This is probably not that important, but considering the threads about
music roll companies, I have to say something.

QRS has OUTSTANDING turn-around times.  Roll orders submitted by
12:00 PM EST are picked, packed and sent on their way the SAME DAY.
Orders received after 12:00 noon go out the next day.  Rolls are sent
by UPS and typically arrive in less than seven working days.  All
orders have a Tracking Number so their movement can be easily traced.

If by chance QRS doesn't have a roll, they do not delay the rest of
the order. Backordered rolls are sent as soon as they become available.
