Nearly two months ago Mr. Darren Black placed an ad on the MMD
for Duo-art rolls.  [ 010823 MMDigest, Subject: FS: Duo-Art Rolls ]
After negotiation he agreed to sell me the rolls.

I sent payment and, despite his claims and "chill out" e-mails,
the rolls have never arrived.  He has cashed the money order and
refuses to provide any information on the shipment of the rolls.
Formal complaints have been filed against him with the proper
authorities.

I just wanted to give all of you a heads up in dealing with him.
