Hi everyone.  I guess everyone has wondered what happened to me.
I've received a lot of messages and regular mail, all of which has
touched my heart.  Thank you all.

I haven't been arranging music or anything else for a while.  I've been
on the road, taking a much needed vacation, and trying to get my head
together, and have been to old Mexico, absorbing and enjoying the music
down there.  Currently I am in Arizona.

I guess the most important thing that has happened is that Christiene
and I are in a process of divorce.  This has been very painful for me, and
I just needed to just "get away" to do some regrouping and reflection.

I haven't forgotten my friends in the MMD, and my snail mail mailbox
was full of letters and postcards from many of the readers.  I'm sorry
folks but, at the time, I wasn't much in the mood to answer nor talk to
anyone.  But I want all of you to know that I do appreciate it.

I know, as my sanity slowly returns, that my love for automatic music
and roll arranging will too.  I truly miss the MMD, and all of the
discussions.  There are many fine people here, and I have missed all of
you.  I will be in touch soon.
