For Sale:  1930 Cable Company Chicago Euphona upright player piano,
with 10 QRS rolls.  The player mechanism works well and the piano plays
good; a few keys stick.  There is cosmetic damage to some keys; the
exterior has a few scratches; no piano bench.

We rescued this piano from a coffee shop in San Jose, CA, four years
ago.  When we lived in San Jose, we had the piano examined by Bing
Gibbs.  He quoted us about $4000 to have the piano restored at that
time.  Of course, there was a long waiting period and we've never had
the spare cash to have the piano restored.

It's my understanding from reading the MMD list archives that there
are not many Euphonas still around in working order.  It is a beautiful
piano, I hope to find someone who would enjoy it.

We've moved to a smaller house and find that there just isn't enough
space for the piano.  The piano is currently located in Sebastopol
(Sonoma County), California.  We're asking $600 for the piano.
