Regina 15.5" Christmas Discs by Lloyd G. Kelly

I would like to know who arranged the six Christmas tunes manufactured
by Lloyd G. Kelley after the demise of the Regina Music Box Company and
added to the 15.5" Regina disc tune list.  They are numbered 3027-3033.
Does anyone have any information?
