I have obtained a manual punch machine for punching cardboard books.
It has a replaceable punch and die for different size holes but it
didn't come with any different sizes (just the one that was in the
machine).

I do not have any metal working machinery so can't attempt to make one.
I need to have some one make one for me.  Does someone know a person or
company that might do that?
