Does anyone have a copy of this book they are willing to sell or at
least to loan out?  It used to be available from QRS, but a call to QRS
today informed me they never sold the book (although it's listed in a
catalog from a couple of years ago).  The description of the book said:

 "Make your own rolls!  Based on the manual for the famous Libarian(sic)
  Home Perforator, this book reveals the secret of the holes and
  teaches you how to cut rolls at home, even if you don't read music!
  Softbound."

Alternately, does anyone know where a new copy can be purchased?
