The 3rd edition of the International Festival of Mechanical
Music in Iasi, Romania, will take place on 13-14 September 2002.
The programme of the event:

 - a thematic exhibition with musical automata presented by the
participants

 - mechanical music parade

 - speech session: "The History of Mechanical Music and
Conservation and Restoration Problems in the case of
Musical Automata"

 - musical auditions

The festival is organised by the "Stefan Procopiu" Science and
Technique Museum in Iasi, Romania, a unit of the "Moldova"
national museum complex housed in the Palace of Culture.
