Don't know the tune, however a search turned up "Live, Love, Laugh" as
the opening chorus of Act One of "The Gipsy Princess" Music by
Emmerich Kalman, Book & lyrics by Leo Stein and B`ela Jenbach.  The
page http://www.nodanw.com/shows_g/gipsy_princess.htm . that contains
this info is gone, but the cached copy says: "Still one of the most
popular operettas on the Continent... The score includes some of the
most delightful operetta melodies ever written."
