Rebuilding Gulbransen Player Action By Paul Phipps

Can any one provide me with the procedure to rebuild the Gulbransen,
1921 year. I read the article by James Jelinek, who sounds really
proficient on them. If Mr. Jelinek could provide some assistance
I would be grateful and be willing to pay for the information.
