Seek Tubing Diagram For 1918 Duo-Art Grand
By Chuck Russell

I have started the restoration of an Aeolian Duo-Art grand, vintage
1918, and find that the previous restoration was accomplished by one
who didn't know all there is to know about this type of restoration.
That also goes for me as well. The difference is that I want to do it
right the first time.

The only technical info I have relates to the Duo-Art players
manufactured after 1925. Tubing in some cases is different, primarily,
as I see it, having to do with differences in manual controls such as
reroll, repeat, soft and loud, etc. I would greatly appreciate help
setting forth the tubing relating to this piano or pointing me in the
right directions.

I am a retired 70-year-young senior, West Point graduate, retired Army,
doing this project for a family member. I have been described as "one
who doesn't know he can't do something". At least I have the good sense
to know that this piano will not work as designed without correct
tubing. Thanks.
