"Save Our Sounds" on the History Channel
By Joyce Brite

Next week, The History Channel will premiere a program "Save Our
History: Save Our Sounds." This program will focus on the restoration
efforts to save recorded sounds on wax cylinders, disks, tapes and
other media. These recordings include not only music, but also oral
history and speeches. It's sure to be a fascinating report!

The program airs on Thursday, December 26, at 8:00 PM EST, 7:00 PM CST.
