I have two of those little Weltes by Estey.  Both are fancy cases with
the turbine motor.  They are both in storage.  One is a wreck, the
other os playable but it probably needs the PPCo rubber cloth replaced
as it was restored over 15 years ago.

I can probably answer any questions you may have.  The system will be
tubed close to the "Licensee" instruments.
