I came upon this discussion while searching for information on a music
box that I bought about nine years ago, titled "Reuge, The Blue Danube."
I was told at the market place here in Phoenix that it was a lipstick
holder; I have come to find out that this is rather a cigar or
cigarette dispenser.

This is a great forum, however my search for [information of] my model
has come up empty.  I have no need for this [musical box] and was trying
to assess the value, although, after retrieving it from the attic
(well-stored, mind you), it's really starting to grow on me.  From the
ballerina to the mechanics of the opening doors, all seem to be in mint
condition, a really nice piece.  Anyone have information on Reuge's
"mosque" works?
