European Player Piano Makes & Player Actions

I restored some English makes recently that can be added to the list.
They are

* Easton, Eastonola - Eastonola Minor, which has its own player action.

* AutoPlayer with a Pratt Read action, exactly like the American-made
action but with Solodant (Themodist) feature.
