The Musical Museum in Brentford, West London
By Douglas Bush

In MMD 030616, David Sharpe asked about the musical museum started
by Frank Holland. The museum is located in the High Street, Brentford,
West London, and is a short walk from Kew Bridge railway station. Kew
Bridge is served by trains running between London Waterloo and Hounslow.

Unfortunately, the museum is closed to the public during 2003. The
good news is that it will re-open in 2004 in larger, purpose built
premises close to its current location. Further information on the
museum, and the instruments, is available on their web site,
http://www.musicalmuseum.co.uk/

The British Tourist Authority has a searchable web site,
http://www.visitbritain.com/ , giving details of many museums and
attractions throughout the country.
