Voltage Converters 115V Input 230V Output

To easily obtain the 230 VAC you could use two 115 VAC isolation
transformers with the primaries in parallel and the secondaries in
series.  Of course, they'd have to be in phase but that's easily done
by connecting them.  If there is not 230 VAC at the output, then
reverse the connection of one of the secondary windings.
