Ampico Crescendo & Spring Pneumatics Operation
By John A. Tuttle

Hi All, Craig Brougher has written an article that in his own words,
"... ought to really raise some eyebrows! Shake 'em up, and show 'em
what's going on. A real interest grabber -- and... it will probably
add members to AMICA."

Craig's article, titled "AMICA's 'Fundamental Differences'", corrects
several of the many errors found in the article, "A Lesson Unlearned",
by Jeffrey Morgan. Mr. Morgan's article, which appeared in the last
July/August issue of AMICA, is actually a reprint of a 1996 AMICA
Bulletin. (Craig also indicated that some technicians might find it
'challenging' to locate some of the other errors that his article does
not address...)

In his article, Craig provides detailed evidence regarding the
operation and effect that the Crescendo and Spring Pneumatics have
on the reproducing mechanism. He also goes into some detail with
regards to the importance of utilizing correct/accepted terminologies
when writing a technical article.

information, go to http://www.player-care.com/amica_article.html
